I’m Kristin Webb—a heart-centered leader, coach, and guide who believes leadership is not just about titles or skills. Over the past 30 years, my path has led me from corporate boardrooms to founding Kristin Kay Consulting. As a C-suite executive, global HR leader, and Master Leadership Facilitator, I’ve partnered with leaders across industries to navigate challenges, harness their strengths, and unlock their potential. At the core of my work is a commitment to empowering others to lead with authenticity, compassion, and purpose.
In 2022, I answered a deeper calling: to create opportunities where leaders can step back, reflect, and realign with their values and vision. Kristin Kay Consulting was born from this mission.

A Personal Note
My journey from corporate leader to entrepreneur has taught me that true leadership begins within. Through intentional self-reflection and growth, I’ve rewritten my narrative, overcome self-limiting beliefs, and embraced a life designed with purpose.
As a mid-life woman, I’ve also experienced the profound shifts and opportunities this season brings. It’s a time of wisdom and reinvention, and I’m here to guide others through it with compassion, empowerment, and a deep sense of possibility.
