 I've spent 30 years inside organizations at the highest levels — as a C-suite executive, global HR leader, and Master Leadership Facilitator. I've sat in the boardrooms, navigated the complexity, and felt the weight of leading when no one is watching.

And somewhere along the way, I learned the thing that changed everything: the most powerful work a leader can do is the work within.

In 2022 I answered a deeper calling. I founded Kristin Kay Consulting to create something I rarely saw in corporate life, a space where leaders could stop proving themselves and start reconnecting with who they actually are. Not who the role demands. Not who the organization needs. Who they are.

That's the work I do now.

What I Believe

Leadership isn't a performance. It's an inside job. When leaders are grounded in their values, clear about who they are, and willing to do the deeper work everything changes. The way they show up. The way their teams feel. The kind of legacy they leave.

I believe in leading with heart without losing your edge. In strategy that's rooted in humanity. In the quiet power of a leader who has nothing left to prove.

A Little About Me

When I'm not coaching or speaking, you'll find me at home — literally. I live and work from a lovingly restored 1910 farmhouse on 4.5 peaceful acres outside Wichita. It's my grounding place, and one day it will open its doors as a retreat space for leaders who need to step away from the noise and reconnect with themselves.

The farmhouse isn't just a backdrop. It's a reflection of everything I believe about the work — that the best thinking happens when you feel at home, unhurried, and held.
